Return Policy

We do not offer returns on products once they have been delivered or picked up. Dave’s Appliances is not responsible for concealed damage on picked up appliances.

Defective/Damaged Products: Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. If your product is defective upon arrival, notify our team within 24 hours of receiving goods. For Amana, Whirlpool, Maytag and Kitchen-Aid, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly. NOTE: Most manufacturers require one service call to diagnose the problem.

Cancelling an Order: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any order cancellation. Delivered products are not returnable. Order cancellations may be subject to a 25% restocking fee - even if not yet delivered.

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. Feel free to contact our sales team for an update at any time.

Manufactures will often give an estimated time of arrival, which may end up being sooner or later. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Shipping & Handling Costs

CCosts for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment. Delivery available by location. We do not deliver to Grand Manan or Deer Island.
